This role involves coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional initiatives, including informational campaigns, events, demonstrations, merchandising, and public relations. Responsibilities include planning and evaluating marketing campaigns, managing projects, and creating action plans and marketing strategies to achieve specific goals. Program measurement, analysis, and evaluation are also required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, market trends, and competitors' strategies.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns for digital marketing, advertising, event launches, and promotions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, produce reports, and offer optimization suggestions.
• Prioritize creativity, public relations media contacts, and digital marketing experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship, or any business-related field.
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Work experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
• Experience in the following areas:

- Marketing campaigns
- Digital marketing
- Market research
- Press releases
- Content marketing
- Optimizing content for search engines using keywords.
- Writing and sending mass emails and communications.
- Creating and editing spreadsheets and digital schedules.
- Evaluating and editing websites and social media profiles.
- Brainstorming ideas with graphic designers and artists.
- Evaluating the aesthetic appeal of marketing materials.
- Devising creative methods for promoting and distributing products.
- Planning and executing promotional events and activities.
