Job Title: QS Manager - Estimation and Procurement
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated QS Manager with expertise in Estimation and Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate is a licensed Civil Engineer but not required with significant experience in construction cost estimation, procurement processes, and project evaluation.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, cost management, and measurement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute support activities for project acquisition, including pricing, cost control, and financial evaluation.
• Prepare and manage budget estimates and costing analyses.
• Provide estimation support for the international division, ensuring accurate and competitive bids.
• Evaluate project progress and final outcomes to ensure alignment with budget and quality standards.
• Develop tender cost summaries, incorporating equipment, materials, and labor costs for final management approval.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the project and team objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 70,000
• Project Location: Calaca, Batangas
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Staff housing will be provided.
