Remote Dialer Administrator

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for monitoring and assisting the Operations Managers and Team Managers with the operation of all support systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of predictive dialer system, calling list imports and job statistics
· Monitors closely with the lines of business and the rest of the strategy team to meet service level objectives and ensures the consistent, accurate reporting and compliance within call center groups
· Monitors outbound and inbound associate performance and offers recommendations in support of all groups
· Proactively works with all areas of collections to identify opportunities to apply new workforce strategies
· Completes daily Quality Assurance monitoring of all call center queues
· Leverages the collections data to analyze strategies, recommend improvements, and identify defects and/or areas for concern
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
· Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
· Conceptual and analytical
· Strong teamwork, research and problem solving skills
· Ability to work well under time sensitive requirements and meet deliverable due dates
JOB SPECIFICATION:

Bachelor’s/College Degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
3 years’ of relevant experience in Predictive Dialing and Collections Process Improvement
Advance knowledge in MS Excel
VB.net and SQL

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,500.00 per month
