Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue targets and occupancy goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and manage the annual sales budget and forecast.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales and bookings.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, events) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for hosting events, conferences, and group bookings.
- Develop tailored proposals and packages for potential event organizers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine hospitality market and local business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
