Job Overview
As Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in preparing financial statements, managing audits, monitoring financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves overseeing various accounting functions, including payroll processing, month-end reporting, and accounts management, as well as collaborating with other finance team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Your Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Oversee audit and compliance processes, including group reporting packages.
Monitor and analyze financial data, focusing on capital expenditure, personnel costs, and operating expenses.
Process payroll and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements.
Manage month-end processes, including journal reviews, monthly management accounts, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with the finance team to support the overall efficiency of the accounts department.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
Assist in day-to-day finance operations and handle ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

What our Client is Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
Previous experience in financial/statutory reporting is desirable.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and accounting software.
Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
