Senior IT Expert (URGENT)
Location: Laguna & Makati (Twice a week in each office, 1 day WFH)

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱50,000
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in system development methodologies for new systems and enhancing existing ones.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and basic operating concepts.
• Experience in combined systems, network, and database administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide immediate technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operation for all employees.
• IT Infrastructure Review & Product Evaluation: Collaborate with end-users to review the current IT infrastructure, assess their needs, and research cost-effective IT products that offer high performance and reliability.
• Data Security & Contingency Planning: Implement data security measures, including database backups, antivirus updates, and performance tuning, in coordination with the Singapore office to safeguard the company’s electronic files.
• User Assistance & Training: Train staff on the proper use of company programs, including data encoding, storage, and updates, to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data management.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with Internet Service Providers and email handlers for network connectivity and email management through both written and verbal communication.
• IT Product Procurement: Prepare IT product purchase reports by specifying required products for approval by the IT Manager.
• Hardware & Software Management: Oversee the maintenance, installation, inventory, and control of the company’s hardware and software to optimize resources and prevent system irregularities.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
