Job Summary:
The Subject Matter Expert is responsible for confirming and validating customer information obtained through phone calls. This includes ensuring the accuracy of details, verifying the authenticity of information provided, and updating the company’s records accordingly. The Call Verifier plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of customer data and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Verification of Information:

Confirm details such as names, addresses, phone numbers, payment information, and other relevant data.
Ensure that all information recorded is accurate and complete.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Accurately verify customer information in the company’s database after verification.
Maintain detailed and organized records of verification processes and outcomes.
Report any discrepancies or inconsistencies found during the verification process to the appropriate department.

Quality Assurance:

Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistency in the verification process.
Ensure all verifications comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations.
Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activities to management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, sales, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations.
Provide feedback to management on potential areas for process improvement.

Performance Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly verification targets.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or verification role is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,000.00 per month
