About the Role

• Workday Support: Ability to troubleshoot Workday platform issues via log and troubleshooting, addressing and resolving user issues, system errors, and functional challenges in a timely manner within Pathlock Cloud.
• Configuration: Understand the Workday modules to troubleshoot issues and ensure customer success from Pathlock Platform.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, working with end-users to ensure problems are addressed efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge: Assist and share Workday knowledge improving the team and customer experience.
• Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements to resolve issues.
• Customer Facing: Enjoys speaking/communicating with team members and customers to solve complex issues.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed issue / resolution of system configurations and fixes via ticketing system.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business processes, security, and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Experience with Workday reporting tools and creating custom reports.
