We offer various innovative products, ranging from interactive kiosks to VR experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and highly strategic Account management Specialist to join our team in Qatar.
Job Purpose:
The Account Management Specialist ensures effective client communication and coordination, serving as the main contact to address client needs and deliver solutions. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and supporting growth aligned with Futad's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client needs with services, ensuring seamless delivery
• Manage client meetings, presentations, and updates to keep clients informed about project progress and outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance engagement, retention, and long-term collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure services meet expectations and address any concerns proactively.
• Support strategic initiatives by identifying client needs and recommending solutions aligned with Futad’s objectives.
• Provide insights to internal teams based on client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client service, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of handling client relationships and supporting service delivery.
• Experience in managing client communication and coordinating project delivery across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Effective coordination abilities to manage client needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly and find effective solutions
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques for upselling and cross-selling services to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
