Minimum Requirements

• Diesel Mechanic or equivalent industry qualification
• In-depth and extensive knowledge of the Isuzu Warranty policy & procedures
• In-depth and extensive knowledge of the Warranty system
• In-depth and extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel,Word,Ms Power Point) & SAP system
• Knowledge of the Isuzu LTG-Labour Parts Catalog
• Good verbal & written communicatio skills
• Requires good problem-solving skills
• Drivers License Code 08

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and approve dealer system rejected claims based on parameters as set out in Warranty policy & procedure.
• Take the Leading role in coordinating as well as conducting training of dealer's new Warranty Clerks.
• Manage General dealer queries to resolution point i.e. Part pricing issues, Incorrect warranty start dates, Recon statement queries.
• Monitor Dealer Warranty expenditure through out of line warranty claims on system.
• Update and correct part numbers on the warranty portal system.
• Maintain and adjust warranty claims limits to ensure that correct warranty expenditures are maintained.
