KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• First line of contact for Clients and colleagues on HR Admin related matters – accountable for overall service delivery for Clients, identifying risks and opportunities for retention and growth
• Perform Administrative tasks around on- and offboarding, employee data changes, Absence registration and Benefit Administration (statutory and non-statutory)
• Liaise with statutory bodies and 3rd party provides to resolve issues on Client´s behalf
• Provide HR compliance by maintaining Statutory in country portals on client´s behalf
• Updating HR databases (e.g. Workday, SAP Success Factors)
• Prepare and amend HR documents and templates, i.e. employment contracts, offer letters, employee life cycle documents, certificates etc.
• Prepare HR reporting as need
• Keep up to date on labor policies, compliance & procedures
• Ensuring correct communication and implementation to clients
• Any ad hoc HR project and / or HR administrative work as per client’s requirements
