Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team in Newtown. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking to make a positive impact in a nursing home environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Work autonomously during night shifts, taking full responsibility for the wellbeing of residents.
• Manage medication rounds and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure seamless care and support for residents.
• Take charge of day shifts, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Valid NMC Pin.
• Proven experience working in a nursing home setting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Newly qualified candidates are welcome to apply, depending on qualifications and experience.
