In this role, you will assist Czech-speaking customers by providing support related to gaming consoles, troubleshooting issues, and answering inquiries about products and services. Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-level customer service through phone, email, and chat in Czech.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about gaming consoles, accessories, and services.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or technology sector, is a plus.
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming consoles and accessories.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
