Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide customers in product setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, promotional offers, and services.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of high-end consumer products, particularly coffee machines, is a plus.
