Czech Speaking Customer Service for High-End Coffee Machines - Remote in Greece

We are looking for a dedicated Czech Speaking Customer Service representative for High-End Coffee Machines for a remote position based in Greece. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines and their functionalities.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by efficiently handling customer complaints and issues.
  • Guide customers through product setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance instructions.
  • Deliver accurate information on product specifications, promotions, and services.
  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of high-end consumer products, especially coffee machines, is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
