We are currently seeking a Czech Speaking Customer Service representative for tobacco companies in Athens, Greece. As a representative, you will be responsible for assisting Czech-speaking customers by addressing queries, providing detailed product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exemplary customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to tobacco products and company policies.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints while maintaining professionalism.
  • Educate customers about product usage, features, and promotions.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tobacco or related sectors, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of tobacco products and industry regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
