Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for Czech Speaking IT Representatives to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. As a Czech Speaking IT Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients, assisting them with a variety of IT issues and inquiries. In this position, your ability to communicate effectively and resolve technical challenges will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional IT support to Czech-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Assist clients with product setups, installations, and upgrades.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to diagnose and solve problems effectively under pressure.
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer support practices.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation expenses covered by the company.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
