Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional IT support to Czech-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist clients with product setups, installations, and upgrades.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to diagnose and solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer support practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation expenses covered by the company.
