Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
- Assist customers in understanding products and troubleshooting any challenges they encounter.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance and improvement.
- Work closely with team members to share insights and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed of product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with high-end consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
