Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Assist customers in understanding products and troubleshooting any challenges they encounter.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance and improvement.
• Work closely with team members to share insights and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed of product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with high-end consumer products is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
