Responsibilities:
- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with established community guidelines.
- Engage with users by providing timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
- Monitor user interactions to report on community engagement and content trends.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective moderation strategies and best practices.
- Provide insights and feedback on user behavior to support continuous improvement in community interactions.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of content moderation practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Professional demeanor in handling sensitive matters and providing constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of excelling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
