In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance, providing swift and effective support in Lithuanian. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance from customers.
• Provide clear and effective communication in Lithuanian to assist customers.
• Work collaboratively with local service providers to ensure quick and efficient assistance.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the system.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
