Responsibilities:

• Engage with Lithuanian-speaking customers to deliver tailored consultations on search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized solutions for enhanced online visibility.
• Educate customers on product functionalities and best practices for maximizing search engine effectiveness.
• Document client interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
• Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
