Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to Lithuanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through service features and assist with setup processes effectively.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and listen to customer feedback to suggest improvements in services and offerings.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote working environment.
