This position includes full relocation support, allowing you to immerse yourself in Greek culture while providing top-tier assistance to our Lithuanian-speaking clients. As a Video Streaming Support Specialist, you will help customers navigate video streaming services, troubleshoot any technical issues, and ensure an excellent viewing experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to Lithuanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
• Guide customers through service features and assist with setup processes effectively.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and listen to customer feedback to suggest improvements in services and offerings.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
• Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote working environment.
