Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products and services.
• Solve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on available financial offerings and how they can best use them.
• Maintain precise and organized records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to improve service delivery continuously.
• Stay informed about financial regulations and product offerings to serve customers accurately.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centered approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, for the role.
