Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting, and setup processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest electronic products and trends to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of electronic products and technology is an advantage.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
