Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide guidance and clarity on product usage and features.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with comprehensive support provided.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
