Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry products, orders, and services.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality and follow-up procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
