Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding IT support to Lithuanian-speaking customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues involving software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and updates.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records of technical solutions provided.
- Work collaboratively with your team to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer support methodologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation costs covered by the company.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently in a dynamic environment.
