Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via instant messaging on social media platforms in Lithuanian.
- Quickly and effectively address user inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide assistance and educational guidance on using social media features.
- Document interactions and feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and updates to provide knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve user satisfaction and service delivery.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
