Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Lithuanian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Guide customers through problem-solving steps, providing clarity and assistance.
- Document customer interactions and the resolutions of technical issues thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights on recurring technical problems to help optimize support processes.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
