Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to Lithuanian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve a wide range of technology-related issues.
- Offer clear and concise instructions to guide customers through the problem-solving process.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them appropriately to improve product and service quality.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with comprehensive relocation support provided.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
