We are excited to announce the opening of our new restaurant MEDORA, LIZ & TORI in October 2024. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team to deliver a high-quality and unique dining experience and advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Role :
The Chef de Partie will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. At the heart of these is the preparation of high-quality dishes in a timely manner. To ensure meals are served promptly and efficiently, the Chef de Partie must exhibit strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Execute daily hot and cold food preparation and cooking as assigned by superiors, ensuring the standards and quality set by the restaurant.

Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station

Follow assigned instructions and recommendations to complete daily tasks.

Optimize the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.

Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role at Western cuisine restaurant, lesser experience will be considered as Demi Chef.

Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Knowledge of standard procedures and policies for food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation.

Proficient in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food processing techniques.

Creative and quality-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Hong Kong Citizens only.
