• Solution Design and Development:
  • Develop and implement IT architecture strategies that support Allianz's business goals.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance the IT infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Project Management:
  • Lead the architectural aspects of major IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project risks and issues, providing solutions to mitigate them.
• Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure all solutions comply with Allianz's security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with microservices architecture, API management, and integration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
