Tele Caller Executive

Role: TELECALLER EXECUTIVE
Location : HYDERABAD
Areas : MECHAL, KANDLAKOYA
Salary : 2.50- 3 LPA
Experience :* 0-2 yrs*
Freshers also most welcome.
Gender Preference: Only Females
Job Description:

Contacting current and potential clients and handle their queries.
Informing clients about products and services
Answering questions about the company and product
Understanding customer requirements
Closing deals
Maintaining and updating the customer database
Taking and processing orders
Preserving the company's reputation
Facilitating sales
Keeping a record of sales calls and notes
Managing time to handle multiple calls

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 0-2 yrs in tele sales / telemarketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
CTC: 2.5 - 3 LPA
Languages: English, Telugu and Hindi.
