Location: Schiphol office
Working hours: 36-40 hours per week
Your key responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable – collection by mail and by phone
• Accounts payable – booking invoices
• Approving payment requests
• Preparation of banks booking
• Preparation of necessary journal entries
• Interface: month-closing (AP & AR)
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Possible future tasks:
• Prepare VAT declaration
• Monthly settlements for several intercompany offices (AP & AR)
• GL analysis
• Bad Debt

What makes you a great fit?

• You live in NL and have working experience in NL
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting department
• A positive team player with a hands-on mentality and a good sense of humor
• Someone with high standard Email manners
• Excellent knowledge in Excel (minimum VLOOKUP, pivot, sumifs)
• Power BI is a big plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• A degree in Accounting
• Available for 36-40 hours per week
