We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the growth of our services and self-service products at Eye On. In this role, you will develop and implement effective Go-to-Market strategies that enhance our offerings and meet our customers' evolving needs in supply chain planning and forecasting.
Your passion for designing innovative solutions, along with your strong commercial skills, will drive our product and services roadmap. You’ll be responsible for effectively selling and positioning our offerings, helping us stay ahead in the market and achieve our growth goals. As a leader, you’ll guide our data science team while playing a key role in spotting and seizing new revenue opportunities. Your ability to turn technical capabilities into compelling value propositions will be essential in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer success.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a leader to drive innovation and product development based on deep customer insights and a robust go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will drive business development and support sales cycles for our products and services.
You will lead a small, diverse team, ensuring successful project completion, excellent service delivery, and the development of market-fit products.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a vision and strategy for customer-relevant innovation in supply chain planning and forecasting, in collaboration with our industry teams. You will also represent our thought leadership both internally and externally to the markets.
As part of the Products and Services leadership team, you will oversee technology and share responsibility for the financial success of this Business Unit. This role is part of the Eye On Leadership Team.

Profile
The ideal candidate would look like:
- Master’s degree;
- At least 10 years of work experience in software product management or related roles;
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful Go-to-Market strategies for B2B software products and services
- Proven ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits and ROI
- Strong commercial skills with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in leading a customer demand-driven portfolio of products and services, defining the value propositions, and introducing these to the market;
- Experience in developing partnerships and co-development with customers;
- Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of organizations;
- Experience in our domains (supply chain, forecasting, demand planning, supply planning) is a pre. Passion for the topic is a must;
- Managerial experience a team of highly educated professional;
- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills. Ability to articulate this in internal and external communication;
- Fluent in English.
