At the heart of our operations, Telesales is dedicated to maintaining and expanding our B2B engagements with both prospective and existing clients, with a focus on turnovers of up to €50,000. Our client base is segmented into three distinct categories: small, medium, and large accounts. This key role is based in Hoofddorp, serving as the central hub for SIXT's activities in the Be Ne Lux region. The Head of Telesales Benelux will report directly to the Commercial Director in France and maintain a collaborative relationship with the International SME Sales Director to ensure alignment and success.

Job Description
Your main missions :

• Lead the strategic development and expansion of corporate client relationships;
• Supervise Telesales operations, encompassing both proactive outreach (Hunting) and nurturing existing clients (Farming), through effective management of a dedicated team of 10 Telesales representatives, including recruitment and ongoing support;
• Ensure meticulous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member;
• Provide guidance, coaching, and inspiration to cultivate a structured and motivational sales approach, emphasizing telephone sales techniques;
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscapes to strategically position Sixt for success;
• Proficiently utilize sales support tools such as Genesis and SFDC to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets;

• Thrives in dynamic, challenging environments, with a genuine enthusiasm for sales;
• Knowledgeable about CRM systems and telephone tools; familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial;
• Brings humor to the team, fostering positivity and engagement;
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus;
• Facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
