The Rookie Program
- Start date 1st of February ‘25 until 30th of June ‘25
In order to be eligible for an internship you must be:
- Enrolled in a Dutch University (not on-line) in a Bachelor or a Master for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands (Internship should be then a mandatory part of your curriculum).

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team. You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.
Purpose of Role
Your Impact

Support Category management:
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Support Go-To-Market Strategies
- Connect with regional Merchandising team to ensure the delivery of relevant product style from a Brand Marketing standpoint
- Develop an understanding of business objectives as well as key products and their USPs.
- Support Category Market Leads in collecting inputs from retail, commercial and merchandising to understand the current status of distribution and business performance.
- Support Category Market Leads to gather insights to help to shape category marketing initiatives.
- Support the campaign development across all phases: writing briefs, managing the creative development, provide feedback on assets across different consumer touch-points (digital, social, influencers, media partnerships, athletes etc.), ensure product samples availability; build the user journey with the stakeholders, support in media planning and in media partnerships development and execution.
- Support Campaign Partnership Activations – Partner with the category marketing manager to lead activations across paid media partner platforms from planning to content production to campaign execution.

Supporting Social Lead and Category Marketing Leads in:
- creating a content plan to fulfil all contractual social posts across EMEA athlete channels.
- Developing a LF influencers strategy
Qualifications
- Student of Marketing degree or a related discipline
