• Analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights into workforce development in relation to TMC’s broader goals and strategic initiatives.
• Taking ownership of existing reporting frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, while also identifying opportunities for enhancement or redesign.
• Working within a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop new data products that address specific business needs.
• Serving as a data-driven advisor within the employee and organization domain, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through comprehensive analysis and quantitative insights.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a strong analytical and strategic mindset.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business process optimization, and interpreting data insights for strategic decisions.
• Proven track record of working with data to support decision-making within a complex organization.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting software, including Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders proactively and drive process improvements.
• Expertise in understanding and leveraging IT systems and processes to extract meaningful information for business insights.
