Our Technology Strategy & Transformation are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Christchurch team.

Your typical day will include:

At the intersection between technology and business strategy, the Technology Strategy and Transformation team (TS&T) at Deloitte works closely with IT Leaders and other executives to help them overcome the various technology and strategic challenges they face. We work in multiple sectors and across the full IT lifecycle from designing technology strategies and designing solutions to running some of New Zealand’s largest technology transformation projects.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and talented Senior Consultant candidate to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation consulting team. You’ll work as part of a thriving team, alongside our clients and should have a range of skills such as: requirements gathering and user story development, business analysis, business writing, workshop facilitation, report writing and stakeholder management.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

Around five year’s relevant experience in consulting, advisory and/or professional services environment
A proven record of accomplishment in business process analysis, project management & delivery
Exposure to a range of enterprise technology systems and solutions (ERP/HRIS/FMIS/CRM/BI etc)
Experience providing guidance/advisory to clients at all levels on business transformation - advisory, business analysis, solution proposal and/or vendor/technology selection procurement processes.
Understanding of cloud-based “as a service” (Saa S/Paa S/Iaa S) offerings in market
Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
Demonstrable capability to be self-managing and results focused.
Exceptional communication with the ability to work across a wide variety of engagements.
