Position Overview:
The Manager Operations Officer will oversee all operational aspects of YAP Pakistan’s digital banking services. This role involves managing the company’s operations to ensure that they are efficient, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards. The Operations Officer will play a critical role in driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day banking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all operational activities, including customer transactions, account management, and payments processing.

• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and banking regulations.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency of operations and enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with the technology team to integrate automated solutions for operational tasks.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and expansion of the business.

• Identify operational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are being met.

• Work closely with senior management to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in digital banking or fintech.

• Strong knowledge of operational processes in the banking sector.

• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
