Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive to join our team and lead our efforts to improve our website's organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of search engine optimization techniques, trends, and best practices, with a proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports, including keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the website remains optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations and improvements.
- Manage and optimize local SEO strategies, including local business listings and citations.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve SEO strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in SEO with demonstrable success in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO is a plus.
- Certifications in SEO or related fields are desirable.
