BASIC FUNCTION:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role requires a well-rounded individual who is capable of handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. The HR Generalist will work closely with all departments to foster a positive work environment and support the company's strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update the company’s recruitment database.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Address and resolve employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave benefits, and other perks.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and assist in compensation reviews.

Performance Management:

• Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking and reviewing employee evaluations.
• Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans and providing coaching to employees.
• Promote career development opportunities within the organization.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
• Ensure all HR activities and processes comply with Philippine labor regulations and company standards.
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Assist in the development of employee career progression plans.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

• Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports for management.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in HR audits and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

Other Duties:

• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and labor law changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR function.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
