Job Specification

• Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources or any Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and able multi task and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Has good oral and written communication in English
• Knowledge in MS Office applications specifically in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Willing to do field work

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end recruitment based on the hiring plan of the Project
• Update resources tracking file to be forwarded to HR Head office for consolidation
• Coordinate with HR Head Office all the tasks in relation to HR functions
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties which may include attending to concerns of employee
• Conduct timekeeping for the employees in the Project
• Investigate incidents and prepare IR in a timely manner
• Check and verify attendance records of employees to be forwarded to HR Head Office for payroll purposes.
• May perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
