Operations Supervisor

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations.
2. Ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
3. Supervise and coordinate activities of riders, drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative support.
4. Enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of products, use of equipment, and adherence to safety regulations.
5. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost.
6. Collaborate with customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
7. Address customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics.
8. Maintain accurate records, including shipping and receiving documentation, and inventory reports.
Assist in preparing the P&L for riders and 3PL partners and ensure that positive margins met at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or any related courses
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience with transportation and logistics industries or related field.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Able to operate various kind of office equipment (telephone, printer, fax etc.)
- Strong knowledge in logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Knowledge in safety regulations and compliance standards.
