This position will be customer-facing. They will help clients through a filing process that will be routine. This person will need good legal interpretation and experience. The biggest responsibility will be funneling them through the sales sequence and into the filing sequences.
- giving clients a red carpet treatment as they help clients through a filing process to comply with specific laws.
- filing and managing business entity registrations, LLCs, etc
- following a routine process to help move new leads into the filing system
- manage the sales sequence
- Very good with Zoom, webinars, outlook, and following a sales sequence that involves commonly used programs. - Needs to have a solid understanding of legal interpretation surrounding business entity and ownership. - Basic understanding of funneling leads through Hub Spot. - Good understanding of BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) that is associated with the Corporate Transparency Act - Excellent English
