What We Offer:
-Tech System Management: Manage and maintain POS systems, accounting software, loyalty programs, and other data collection and integration systems across multiple locations.
- Google My Business Optimization: Ensure that each restaurant's Google My Business profile is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for local search to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
- Sales Analytics:
- Provide restaurant managers with detailed analytics and reports on menu performance, enabling data-driven decisions for menu optimization and promotions.
- Data Integration & Reporting: Implement systems that collect and integrate data from various platforms (POS, customer feedback, loyalty programs, etc.) into a centralized reporting tool.
- Loyalty Program Management: Oversee the loyalty and gift card programs, ensuring seamless integration with POS and customer databases.
- Accounting System Coordination: Ensure that POS systems are fully integrated with accounting platforms, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- SEO Strategy: Work with the marketing team to optimize local SEO efforts, including on-page SEO and business listings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with restaurant managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of all technology systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting, updates, and support, minimizing downtime and disruptions in operations.
- Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors for system maintenance, updates, and any new technology integrations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, IT management, or systems administration, ideally within a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Experience with POS and accounting system integration** (e.g., Square, Toast, Micros, Quick Books).
- Proven track record in sales analytics and experience providing actionable insights to operational teams.
- Experience managing Google My Business profiles and optimizing local search results.
- Hands-on experience with loyalty programs and data integration tools (e.g., CRM systems, loyalty software).
- Familiarity with cloud-based reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong Technical Aptitude: Proficient in POS systems, accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero), and customer loyalty platforms. Familiarity with APIs and data integration systems is a plus.
- Data Analytics: Experience with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for generating detailed sales reports and performance metrics.
- SEO Expertise: Understanding of local SEO best practices, particularly in optimizing Google My Business and other local listings.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating between different teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing data, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex systems and processes clearly to non-technical staff.
- Problem-solving: A solution-oriented mindset for identifying and addressing technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Vendor Negotiation & Management: Ability to work with and manage technology vendors to ensure optimal service and pricing

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
