Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Camp Manager for a Luxury Safari Lodge!
Are you ready to lead a passionate team and create unforgettable experiences for guests in the heart of South Africa's wildlife? Join us as the Camp Manager, where you’ll have the opportunity to embody our commitment to sustainability and excellence every day!
Key Responsibilities: As the Camp Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the lodge, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, hosting memorable meal experiences, and maintaining our exceptional brand standards. You will innovate and implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. From overseeing daily operations to managing stock control and engaging with guests, your leadership will inspire your team to deliver extraordinary service.
Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a five-star environment, with a strong managerial background.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A valid unendorsed South African driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office.
A passion for guest delight, coupled with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Package: Market-related salary and a permanent live-in position.
