About the Role:
As the Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of service and operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing daily operations, managing guest relations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in this upscale environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within a luxury property.
Leadership Skills: You should be confident in leading teams, managing shifts, and resolving guest concerns with a smile.
Guest-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure all departments are performing at their best.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their stay.
Collaborate with various teams to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
Support the management team in implementing hotel policies and procedures.
