What You’ll Be Doing:
Wildlife Experience Extraordinaire: Deliver an exceptional game-viewing experience tailored to each guest’s preferences.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the guiding team, ensuring safety and excellence in service.
Strategic Planning: Implement strategic management plans to drive the guiding department’s success.
Operational Excellence: Oversee budgets, vehicle maintenance, and communication with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Conservation Champion: Promote and actively participate in conservation efforts, sharing the lodge's mission with guests.

What You Bring to the Table:
Experience Matters: A minimum of 8 years of guiding experience in a lodge environment, with a proven track record in management.
Qualifications: NQF4 professional trails guide qualification, First Aid Certificate, and Advanced Rifle Handling certificate.
Skills Galore: Valid driver’s license, 4x4 driving skills, and a knack for wildlife photography, botany, or birding are all big pluses!
Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for sharing knowledge about wildlife and conservation.
