Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and travel information.
- Resolve complaints and issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide passengers through airline procedures and processes.
- Deliver accurate information regarding airline services, policies, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or aviation sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaboratively remote environment.
- Knowledge of airline operations and basic international travel procedures is an asset.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
